Everything was spot on.

The location of the hotel is just a short walk away from Batam Centre, making it very convenient for travelers. The hotel itself is new, so everything is brand new and in great condition. The room design is impressive, and I especially loved the spacious shower area. The view from my room on the 8th floor was breathtaking. The staff at the hotel, including the manager and housekeeper, were friendly and accommodating. I even extended my stay and was offered an affordable rate. I had a great experience at Santika.

One drawback was that the floor near the swimming pool was quite slippery, so anti-slip tape should be added for safety. Another minor inconvenience was that guests had to bring their own plastic bags for trash disposal.

This hotel is conveniently located to the ferry terminal, making it easy to navigate transportation in this city. The breakfast offered here is delicious with numerous options to choose from. The staff are friendly, humble and attentive, providing the best service to all customers. The cleanliness of this hotel is impressive and the facilities are new and modern.

The hotel I stayed in during my business trip was conveniently located near the ferry terminal and shopping centers. the plush carpets and clean, comfortable rooms made for an enjoyable stay. the rooftop bar was a nice place to relax after a long day.

There were some downsides to the hotel experience. the breakfast spread was limited, mostly local, and not replenished after 9:30 am.

The hotel was situated conveniently in the center and a short distance from the shopping mall. The room was spacious, clean and charmingly decorated. , the staff at the hotel helped us out with ease and were professional in their conduct.

The walls in the hotel were thin so we could hear the racket made by the other guests and lose sleep over it. the breakfast in the morning was restricted and mostly local dishes, which was a letdown for guests like us who wanted to try new cuisine everyday.
